Jakarta BPRD and BPN Signed Data Integration Cooperation

Regional Tax and Retribution Board (BPRD) and Jakarta Regional Office (Kanwil) of National Land Board (BPN) signed integration of land data cooperation agreement between Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax (PBB P2) and Tax on Acquisition of Land and Building (BPHTB).

Hopefully, with this data integration, tax realization could be reached as target

Jakarta BPRD Head, Edi Sumantri said, this cooperation besides accelerating data integration service, will also facilitate the validation in land documents processing.

"We hope with integration system could be known if BPHTB has been paid or not. When take care of certification, that information would be known from BPN," he said, Wednesday (5/10).

BPRD is Asked to Optimize 13 Local Taxes Revenue

He explained that through land information system in current host-to-host connection, his side can deliver BPHTB and PBB data according to BPN request in real time using web service technology.

Otherwise, BPN also can deliver certificate and PPAT data based on BPRD request in real time.

"Hopefully, with this data integration, tax realization could be reached as target. Also, service could be done fast," he hoped.

Meanwhile, Jakarta BPN Kanwil Head, Najib Taufik hoped, this integration process will improve the service further. Thus land document processing can be done faster.

"This is one of our efforts to improve service. Thus the problems can be minimized," he closed.
